Westland Lysander

The Westland Lysander was used during the Second World War for special missions into occupied France with its short take off and landing (STOL), low speed handling and excellent range of visibility making it ideal for the job.

Part of the popular KK Small Flying Scale Series, the Westland Lysander is one of the more challenging kits in the series having wheel spats to be shaped and sanded as well as a large area of "glass" to be formed from the supplied acetate.

Like all of our replica aircraft kits, the Westland Lysander model has precision laser cut parts and is supplied with a copy of the original plans. Full kits also include the parts necessary to make a fully flyable model.
